Delivery & Returns


Delivery Cost

  • Currently, we can only send orders to street addresses in Peninsular Malaysia. We will be launching shipping to East Malaysia soon. 
  • Postage costs RM10.00 per order for shipments within Peninsular Malaysia.

Delivery Times

  • For product in stock, delivery is within 3 to 5 working days. 
    • Note: Please be aware that the delivery time frame may vary according to the area of delivery and due to various reasons, the delivery may take longer than the original estimated timeframe. If your order doesn't arrive within the given timeframe, please contact us at
    • Note: Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
  • For products not in stock, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery subject to stock availability from the supplier. 

    Delivery Options

    • Home Delivery
      • Upon confirmation and verification of payment, your orders will be processed for shipping. 
      • After it has been shipped, an email will be sent to you with the tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your items at the respective courier website.


      Damaged or Incorrect Item

      • If item has arrived damaged or if we have sent you the wrong item, please email us at (with the subject as RETURN/EXCHANGE) and include the order number and details within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the item.
      • Please do not return your damaged or incorrect item until you have received a response to your email from customer services.
      • Upon receiving, we will inform you and the item delivery will usually take 3 to 5 working days to reach you.
      • If the item is no longer available, we will refund your payment including the postage cost but only after the damaged item or wrong item is returned to us. 

      Return your Order

      • Before returning any items, please notify us at our email at (with the subject as RETURN/EXCHANGE) to discuss your reason for a return within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the item.
      • Once you've received our approval, you must send the parcel back to us within 7 days.
      • We will extend a full refund for the price of any items that returned to us in its original condition. 
      • We regret that postage cost for your purchase will not be refunded.
